How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a secure reset link that's valid for 60 minutes.
Why is my resume PDF not extracting text?
Most PDFs work fine. If extraction returns empty, the PDF is likely image-based (scanned). The file still uploads — you just need to fill the fields manually. We'll improve OCR support in a future release.
How many users can I add to my account?
Depends on your plan. Starter is up to 5 users, Professional up to 25, Enterprise unlimited. You can see your current usage under Account → Billing.
Can I import my existing candidate data?
Yes. We support CSV imports from any major ATS (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, JobDiva, Ceipal). Contact our team and we'll help you migrate — usually completes in under 24 hours.
How do I enable Boolean Search?
Boolean Search is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Once enabled, it appears in your sidebar. From the Boolean Search page, type queries like (python OR django) AND "machine learning" NOT junior.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Razorpay (UPI/NetBanking for India). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice/wire.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Sensitive fields like email and phone are encrypted at the column level. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade or cancel anytime from Account → Billing. There are no cancellation fees. Your data stays available for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to come back.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Contact sales and we'll refund the remaining unused portion.
