Our Story
The idea
A staffing agency we worked with was paying $400 a month for an ATS so slow it made everyone want to switch jobs. We sketched what an ATS could be if you built it right today.
First prototype
Three engineers, one founding recruiter, six months of nights and weekends. Boolean search worked. Pipeline drag-and-drop worked. We knew we had something.
First 10 customers
Beta launched with 10 staffing agencies. Their feedback shaped half of what's in the product today. Filled 800 jobs that year.
Public launch
Opened to everyone. Added Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay billing. Crossed 200 paying teams.
Job portals + geo search
Integrated Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and Ceipal. Shipped geo-radius search. Crossed 500 teams.
Just getting started
We're hiring, shipping AI-assisted candidate matching, and building the API. The next year is going to be fun.
